Fastolff House, Great Yarmouth

Located in the centre of Great Yarmouth with parking facilities all around, Fastolff House has been a noted business address for many years. Described as one of the most beautiful buildings in Great Yarmouth, Fastolff House was originally built as an office block in 1908 for the Williment Family. It was sold at auction to the current owners in 1967. Fastolff House has character that you will not find in a modern building and its character will be enhanced with time.

Fastolff House has rooms of different sizes from about 12.4 cubic metres to about 37 cubic metres and some rooms are suitable to create a suite of offices. The rooms have been modernised to a high standard. Dado trunking holds the electrics and internet cabling, making it easy to move these if needed. Most of the rooms have multiple fixed internet access sockets around the walls along with power sockets. This is supplemented with Wi-Fi. High frequency, flicker free, florescent lighting is progressively being replaced with LED lighting. The majority of doors are electronic; access can be programmed to your requirements from 24-7-365 to restricted days, times and dates. If a key is mislaid, it can be disabled and a new key issued, saving replacing the lock and other keys.

Facilities here include offices to let, hot desks, meeting rooms and video conferencing facilities.
