Fastolff House
Situated in the town centre, Fastolff House is probably Great Yarmouth's most prestigious and striking office development. A Grade 2 listed building, purpose-built for offices in 1908, we have undertaken major modernisation and incorporated modern quality facilities.
Designed by Ralph Scott Cockrill, Fastolff House was designed for the Williment Family to house their financial services.
The front facade, which is Grade 2 listed, is of buff colour terracotta with art noveau sumptuous ornamental display, with green faience roof tiles and leaded windows. It is in the Mackintosh style.
The exterior has been extensively refurbished with the assistance of Great Yarmouth Borough Council and English Heritage and we have submitted plans, to GYBC, for more improvements.
Located in the centre of Great Yarmouth, near the Town Hall, we offer Offices, on flexible, inclusive terms; Meeting rooms, with presentation facilities and hot drinks included in rental terms.
Also Private Business Mail Boxes for your business post, for use by In-House and Virtual Tenants.
There is parking facilities available close by, often without charge.

All our services are available on flexible terms and the rent includes the majority of Service Charges, which are normally an add-on.
Smaller Workshop Storage Units have been created in the centre of Great Yarmouth, and we plan to create more of these units in 2024.
Additional, larger, Workshop Storage Units have been created in Lime Kiln House warehouse, and more are planned for 2024.
Professional Mail Boxes have been added in the Fastolff House Reception Area and we are now fully licenced to promote this service. You have your own mailbox key and each box has a slot, for the delivery of post.
Now Members of the Flexible Space Association, to help us further upgrade our services.
We have recently added a chairlift to further upgrade our Disabled Access Facilities.
Yarmouth Business Centre offers a variety of meeting and conference rooms, laid out to suit your preference. Morning, afternoon and evening lets are available with accommodation designed with flexible 600mm x 600mm tables to accommodate multiple layouts whilst still allowing for safe personal spacing.
Our meeting rooms & conference rooms come complete with whiteboards, flip charts, and depending on the room, multiple video displays. Drink-making facilities are included.
The majority of our rooms have electronic access locks and cards to give you ease of access as well as security.
